We are a family who fell in love with the breed, then built our lives around it.
Bernese Mountain Puppies For Home began with one Berner asleep across a doorway and a house that felt better for having her in it. Everything we do now comes from wanting other families to have that same quiet, steady companionship.

Puppies raised in the middle of family life
Our litters are born in our home and stay there. They hear the kettle, the vacuum, the front door and the children long before they meet the outside world, so ordinary household noise never becomes a fear to unlearn.
From the first week we handle every puppy daily: nails, ears, paws, brushing, being lifted and set down again. It is unglamorous work, and it is the single biggest reason our puppies arrive in new homes calm rather than overwhelmed.
We also keep our numbers small. We would rather raise one carefully planned litter well than several at once, and we would rather a family wait a few months for the right puppy than take the wrong one now.

Health before demand
Adults are health screened before breeding, and litters are planned around their wellbeing, never around a waiting list.
Indoors, always
No kennel runs. Puppies are underfoot in the kitchen and the living room, which is exactly where a Berner belongs.
The right home over any home
We match temperament to household. Saying not yet, or not this puppy, is part of doing this responsibly.
Nothing hidden
Ask us about health, coat, shedding, lifespan or cost of care. You will get a plain, complete answer every time.
Slow growth, gentle bodies, steady minds
Bernese Mountain Dogs grow fast and finish large, which means the first year matters enormously. We feed for controlled growth rather than size, keep exercise low-impact while joints are forming, and teach every puppy that calm is the default setting in a busy house.
